The “Meeting of Minds” training programme, organised in collaboration with Sistemi Formativi Confindustria – Alta Scuola, has concluded in Rome. Two days of intensive discussion among the leaders of the Foreign Representative Offices of the Confindustria System and their operational staff, gathered to consolidate skills, vision and synergies within the network.
Taking part were the Presidents and delegates of Confindustria Albania, Bulgaria, North Macedonia, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia and Hungary, together with numerous members of staff from the individual Associations. A unique occasion to foster the exchange of experience and strengthen the sense of belonging to a business community that works every day alongside Italian companies in the markets of Central and Eastern Europe.
The programme offered high-profile contributions on the identity of the Confindustria System, its founding values and the organisational models that shape its action in Italy and abroad.
Institutional contributions
Among the most significant moments:
- Patrizio Dei Tos, President of Confindustria Est Europa, highlighted the need to establish regular moments of training and sharing, essential to the coordinated growth of the network.
- Maurizio Tarquini, Director General of Confindustria, recalled the values and identity of the System, underlining its strength in terms of representation and cohesion.
- Marcello Gozzi, Director of Membership Relations, examined the fundamental mechanisms governing the Associations' action on the ground.
- Marco Felisati, Director of International Affairs, offered a view of the dynamics of internationalisation and of the global challenges under way.
- Giulio Bertola, President of Confindustria Romania and Vice-President of Confindustria Est Europa, shared the growth path of the Romanian representative office as a model for the whole network.
- Roberto Panzarani, President of Studio Panzarani & Associati, led a stimulating reflection on management and complexity.
