Confindustria has issued a statement by its Vice-President for Industrial Policy and Made in Italy, Marco Nocivelli, on the Tax Decree published in the Official Gazette on 28 March 2026.
The measure introduces significant changes to the 5.0 tax credit, cutting the relief applied for by 65% and excluding certain investments in renewable sources.
