Ljubljana hosted “Strategies for Competitiveness – Industry Leaders and Supply Chain Heads”, promoted by Confindustria Slovenia, which brought together over 80 Italian and Slovenian entrepreneurs, institutional representatives and economic actors.
Confindustria Est Europa took part with an address by President Patrizio Dei Tos, who set out our network's perspective across the countries of Central and Eastern Europe, underlining the importance of integrated industrial supply chains and of cooperation between territories as a lever for competitiveness.
Themes at the centre of the discussion
The debate focused on four strategic sectors for industrial development in the CEE area:

- Energy
- Agri-food
- Finance and innovation
Fields in which Italian and Slovenian companies can develop increasingly structured partnerships, strengthening their presence in the markets of Central and South-Eastern Europe.
