On 10 June at 4.30 p.m. (BG) the Webinar “The bridge between generations” will be held, organised by Confindustria Bulgaria in collaboration with member company ManpowerGroup Bulgaria. An event that is part of a training cycle Confindustria Bulgaria is running in collaboration with its member companies specialising in various training fields.
Today the need for collaboration between generations has become a critical issue in the world of work, because young people begin their careers earlier than in the past and older workers retire later. Moreover, given rapid technological and organisational development, the cultural gap between generations is becoming hard to bridge. The knowledge and know-how of more experienced workers remain a decisive asset in running an organisation, but today's young people have a sharper reading of the world around us and of new market needs. For this reason, knowing how to draw on their knowledge, their intuition and their abilities will be a key element in building a successful business tomorrow.
The event will offer practical solutions and advice on the key factors employers can rely on to attract, retain and manage diverse talent.
