Established in December 2016, Confindustria Albania represents the largest Italian companies operating in Albania across the following sectors: transport and logistics; agri-food; construction; mechanical engineering and electronics; chemicals; energy; innovative services and communication; finance and insurance; footwear; healthcare and others.

CONFINDUSTRIA BULGARIA was founded in April 2000 as the Advisory Committee of Italian Business in Bulgaria, with the aim of fostering economic cooperation between Italy and Bulgaria, giving voice to the opportunities open to Italian companies in Bulgaria and supporting the work of its members.

Confindustria North Macedonia was established in 2017 on the foundations of AIIM (the Italian Entrepreneurs' Association in Macedonia), founded in 2010 with the cooperation of the Italian Embassy in Skopje. Confindustria MKN supports Italian companies already present in the country and prospective new investors.

Confindustria Polonia was founded in 2019 to be a point of reference for Italian entrepreneurs seeking to seize or expand business opportunities in a country with considerable room for developing bilateral economic relations and a well-established presence of Italian companies.

Confindustria Romania is the association serving Italian entrepreneurs in Romania. Founded in 2011, it had already been operating in the country as an employers' organisation recognised by the Government since 2005 under the name “Unimpresa Romania”, supporting and defending the interests of the Italian business community active in Romania.

Confindustria Serbia, founded in 2012, is the association serving Italian entrepreneurs who choose to begin a path of internationalisation in Serbia, whether commercial or through investment. Thanks to a flexible structure and excellent institutional relations in both Serbia and Italy, it has become an active player in promoting economic and social relations between the two countries.

Confindustria Slovenia was founded in 2019 to bring together the Italian companies established in the country, which have relocated part of their operations there, with a diversified presence across several sectors — from energy to mechanical engineering, from wood and furniture to banking and insurance.

Confindustria Ungheria is an association founded as a meeting place for those who see Hungary as a place to invest in, develop and grow their business. Our aim is to support the Italian business community, creating value for our members through encounter, cooperation and the development of relations among the companies present in the country.

The association's work is also directed at developing bilateral industrial partnerships and relations with the local business community interested in Italy.
