Confindustria Albania, with the support of RisiAlbania (a project of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation SDC), has prepared the Albania Country Profile for the ICT/BPO Sector.
The aim of the document is to inform and support Italian entrepreneurs in broadening their horizons on the considerable potential currently offered by the ICT/BPO sector in Albania.
The geographical proximity between the two countries, the widespread knowledge of Italian, cultural affinities and many other factors are conditions that traditionally make Italy and Albania natural economic partners.
